Meadow Mill Athletic Club (MMAC) is a 40,000 square foot, full fitness gym housing fourteen singles (International) and two (American) doubles squash courts.

We offer a full group fitness schedule for adults, classes for senior citizens and numerous programs for our toddler and junior members.
