All of our classes are included with your dues, and there is no need to sign up for them. Late arrivals are welcome in most classes but think twice about interrupting Spin and Yoga. Thanks!

Meadow Mill has late-morning classes just right for the beginner exerciser and our mature members. Improve your balance and flexibility, you'll increase your strength and stamina, increase your metabolism and maybe lose a few pounds! Great workouts and great folks.
