Class Descriptions
Boot Camp - A class designed to work your body from head to toe...a combination of various cardio exercises, strength and plyometrics. You will challenge your mind and body.
Boxing - Learn to box like a pro! Class includes speed work with jump rope, leg work and boxing moves with wraps and gloves.
Cardio Dance - a fun class designed to get your heart rate up incorporating dance moves with a twist!
Core Strengthening - train your lower back and abdominals to help you function better in the Club or out!
Conditioning - Conditioning will challenge your fitness level through various agility drills, sprint work, plyometrics and strength exercises.
Outdoor Challenge - Taking the class outdoors! Walking, running, hill-climbing conditioning using the elements of outdoors. A fun way to get it done - outside! Suitable for beginners through advanced.
Pilates - This workout is designed to improve core body strength, flexibility, balance and mental conditioning through Joseph Pilates' techniques. Class is for all levels and is one hour in duration.
Power Cut - A class designed to tone and sculpt with the use of barbells and weight plates.
Power Yoga - Vinyasa style (flow) yoga that takes participants to their physical edge.
Sculpt - a class designed to improve core strength through various exercises. The tools used are weights, bands, balls and your own body. Designed for all fitness levels. Participants are encouraged to work at their own level.
Sculpt Circuit - An interval class designed to get your heart rate up as well as work on your strength using weights, barbells, bands and your own body.
Sculpt, Strenghten and Stretch - a co-ed class incorporating beginner-to-moderate levels of exercises including sculpting, low-impact cardio, core conditioning and stretching. Great for seniors; fun and socializing.
Sculptlates - This class combines weight work and Pilates techniques into one class designed to improve your core strength.
Spin - A workout designed to simulate an outdoor adventure using varying tension and pace. Bike shorts and water are strongly recommended.
Spin 'n Pump - A spin circuit class incorporating dumbbell sculpting moves to train the upper body while maintaining the cardiac benefits of spinning.
Step - Improve your cardiovascular endurance through choreographed routines on the step. Experience is helpful
Stretch and Tone - A class incorporating beginner-to-moderate levels of muscle warm-up followed by yoga-type stretching and poses.
Yoga - The ancient Indian system of mind-body conditioning. These multi-level classes draw on many different teaching styles of hatha yoga. Learn control of your physical being and gain awareness of your inner self.
